Staff with bad attitude

Good day to you, on Saturday the 7th September I called in at OK Grocer Witbank to collect a birthday cake which I had previously ordered. I was shown the cake, which was beautiful, and the box was duly sealed and I was given the price to pay at the till. As I was paying for the cake, Sonja Nieuwoudt approached the check out till and proceeded to pry open my cake box without asking or saying anything to me. I in turn asked her what she was doing to my shopping and she replied that it was her brothers shop and she could check if she wished! If she had asked I would have shown her, but she has nothing to do with the front counters as she is the receiving clerk. I was very unhappy with this kind of treatment. I do all my shopping there as this shop is on my route home. She has a bad attitude with the customers and the staff. I would be grateful if you could look into this matter and give me some kind of report back.
