Bad attitude and incorrect info of accounts

I sent an email yesterday to the accounts department and the customer realtions department (have read receipts for both) and have had no correspondence. "I am absolutely appalled by Edgars Customer Call Centre. Yesterday at about 15:40 I went to purchase some Estee Lauder products at Red Square Rivonia and was promptly told that my account (above account number) was blocked as it had not been FICAd??? I have the sms confirmation on the 2nd November, 2012 08:07:10 from Edgars to say that "Congraluations! Your Edgars account has been successfully FICAd" (this was done by email), this was pointed out to the lady that we were on the phone to (unfortunately I could not get her name as she slammed the phone down) and she promptly told us (me and the sales lady at Red Square) to f"""" off, resend the FICA information and slammed the phone down. This is an absolute disgrace, firstly that my account has been FICAd and is now blocked, secondly then to be treated by the Customer service representative as I was. The sales lady at Red Square was absolutely horrified and continued apologising on behalf of Edgars!!! I would like an apology as well as my account being unblocked immediately"
