I bought a laptop at homechoice in september 2012, i experinced problems with the laptop in April 2013 and have been trying to get assistancenwith no luck. the laptop is insured and i was giving a number to call should i experince any problems, the assistants are often rude and unfriendly and definately do not know how to speak to customers, the last time i called was about a month ago where i was told the laptop will be collected within 10 days even today im still waiting. im paying for something im not even using.
