Gobsmacked by the poor customer service, irratated

I made an Internet transfer on the 29th may for a bunk bed on sale, then the problems began.i gave them a few days for the amount to reflect i then called them to confirm if the money was reflecting which they confirmed yes to but was told they having system issues so they cant transfer the money to complete the transaction i then gave them two more days, to my surprise i still did not receive a call. i then called my self i spoke to kubus the manager who gave me the same rubbish about the statement issue he then told me to speak to their account manager instead of taking it upon himself to do it, i then spoke to the lady and explained her that her company issue cannot be made mine i need my bed, i was finally asked to get a signature to get the deal processed which i did. i was then told i can collect, i paid some one to collect the bed when they arrived there, well surprise no flippen bed! i was told some sad story to which i replied, they now need to deliver my bed for me, they agreed, it is now the 20th june and i still dont have my bed, i keep calling the store, the manager doesnt return my calls unless i threaten to call head office which he says i must do with arrogance...
