Absolutely Horrible Service

Dealing with Empowerdex has become a nightmare! The e-mails I sent are not received; then their e-mails are down; then they acknowledge receipt; assure me that once the outstanding document is received the BEE certificate will be furnished immediately. Payment was made and they denied receipt. I also sent proof of payment; now the latest is that the certificate will be available some time later today - only after they received the money; Yesterday I was assured that the certificate will be sent immediately. It caused me a great degree of stress and I had to beg for something I paid for. I will never ever deal with this company again. Their e-mail server is the excuse for their horribly poor service; they cannot afford a better e-mail service! Disgusting!!!
