Bad Service

I went into Ok Furniture 7 days ago I was told by the salesman it would take two days for my application to be approved. It has been 7 days and no one contacts me back. I phoned them their excuse is they lost my bank statements. Then they phone the people on my reference list to say they are waiting for headoffice instead of phoning me. I phoned again now and now they say they lost the application and the salesman is on leave.
Surely someone must be in charge there that can sort this out.
