CNA spoiled my anniversary

An online order was placed by me for a WII U gaming console which was on special at R950 on the 12th of June I received a confirmation email that my order was successfully placed. The following day I called in to check on the order and was told I would receive it by friday the 14th or sometime the following week. I was then contacted by CNA on the 14th (friday) and was told that my order would be cancel because the special was over and that their website malfuctioned and allowed the order to go through when it shouldn't have... my problem is that this should not be my issue why wasn't I informed of this mistake on CNAs side the same day instead they waited two days to contact me... the console was intended as an anniversary gift to my girlfriend. When I was called by the CNA representive I was told that the money will be revirted back to my account and that they are very sorry about it. I am not happy about this service... CNA didn't have checks in place to test their online ordering system and now its I the costumer who is left unhappy with their service I expect CNA to source a console from a suppler and have it deleiverd to me for my troubles...
