I ordered a wii u premium online for R1000, i registered and eventually paid via credit card.
Today i get a call to say no stock :( which is ridiculous! i was offered a lesser white console which has a lesser spec i declined and argued that i want the premuim edition and i was even willing to wait for stock only to be told you may not get stock again, long story short i had to cancel the order and get a refund.

This is not fair you had it advertised on your website and i placed the order YOU should honor the deal and source the premium console from somewhere OR at the very least offer me an upgrade to the wii u zombi edition not just make excuses and offer me a lesser spec console.

I'm left very dissapointed and at the very least expected you to source the console from another distributor or shop

why offer this online if you cant gaurantee stock levels? thats was you fault not mine, at the very least you should honor the deal and source this console from elsewhere!
