I have been a Clicks financial services client for about 4 years, and so I have had a Clicks club card for about 4 years. Today I received another club card in the post with R5.00 loaded (so that I can "discover how it works") and a letter saying "I'm so pleased to welcome you to Clicks". The letter has been signed by David Hazell, Customer Marketing Executive.

This is obviously spam. It seems you have bought my information and didn't bother to check whether I'm an existing customer before registering another card in my name without my permission. I feel that it is a waste of paper and irresponsible use of plastic, ultimately damaging our environment.

It is NOT OK to trade people's information!
