Hounding me for cash and bad attitude

I was dignosed with upper GI bleed and hospitllized and i know i have to pay my account but lost my job due to my illness. I have explained to the woolworths loans- or the people that call at all hours of the day or night and even me lying on the death bed with tubes running all over didnt deter them from hounding me for money. My parents told them i am unable to speak at the hospital but they phoned continuously. they hound us to take loans and this was unforseen but credit life was not explained or offered and now they have no compassion to my situation. i need the manager to call me with answers not hound for cash me when i am on my deathbed.as a consumer i think i do have right that allow me this much. i have paid dilligently for two years and now get told my loan has been handed over and all i paid was interest - on an 8000 loan i owe 7500 after two years and now get told i have to substantiate i have credit life or make payments??? what and who was i paying all this time.. when queried previously it was attorneys buit account only got handed now? i need answers
