I recently send an email to FLM about a complaint I had about meat I bought at their Umhlanga Branch (The Crescent). I would just like to say I got a great response from the GM their. He took the time to listen and apologized for the meat I bought their. Thank you Anthony and for making sure that it will not happen again. I would certainly buy their again and advise any one to go their because you care about your customers, even with my complaint being small (amount wise) you still took the time to assist me.
