My mother went and opened a fashion express account on monday ITS FRIDAY and no response. She emailed them and NOTHING AS YET. The sales consultant said it would take a few minutes for us to find out or they call, sms, mail. BUT NOTHING HAS COME OF IT. REALLY PATHETIC AMUTUERS THAT CLEARLY NO NOTHING ABOUT GOOD SERVICE AT HEAD OFFICE.
