Treating customer of other colour badly

Good morning, on Friday 12/07/2013 i went to fashion express to buy a dress when you go to any shop there is either a line or not i was standing in the line and other customers was standing out of the line as i approached the till the black lade that was standing out off the line was saying that she was there first anyway i tell the lady assisting that i was there first and i put the dress on the counter and that lady went on and on now i pay with my id and suddenly i cant because head office sent an email out at the beginning of the saying that they are not allowed to assist people with id's anymore but i went there the beginning of the month to buy and i bought with my id and there was no problem that just tells me that she only said that so that she can help the people that i was arguing with and the person that was assisting was also black so if you not black enough you get treated like you are nothing and i feel that it is unprofessional and very rude.
