DAMAGED GOODS/INCOMPLETE ORDERS

Near the end of November/December I order a knife set and Luggage set from Homechoice. The knife set was short of two knives upon delivery. I reported this to them and the only story I was told was that the knives were on stock reserve. IT IS NOW 6 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE AND NO KNIVES YET. Secondly the strap of the flight bag got torn on the first day of usage. I returned the bag to homechoice requesting a replacement. I was kept on a string for months and now they tell me that these specific sets are sold old. If they attented to my complaint in time there would have been replacements. They dont want to brake up one of their sets to supply me with a flightbag but expect me, the customer to be satisfied with incomplete sets. They offered me discount but I am not interest in discount - I want the complete sets that I ordered from their cataloque. Be warned - they sell inferior stock and aftersales service does not excist. Next step for me - I am reporting them to the Consumer Council.
