I just received a sms message saying "Unlimited visits to private GP and medication for only R279 per month! Sms A for a call, B for info or go to [URL Removed] C to opt out" from Affinity Health 27870440802.

I have and never will give any person/company/service the right to send advertisements, promotions or offer services to me via phone, sms, email or post.

Contacting me with unsolicited/spam advertising/promotions/services without my consent (written or verbally) is illegal and in breach of the communications act on privacy.

You are hereby ordered to remove all my details from your system and all backup systems and refrain from contacting me in any manner again.

Further advertising/promotional contact from you will lead to legal action against your company.

If I want information I will look for it myself.
