We took out a data contract on the 21.01.2014, when we got home we decided to try it out but the speed was slow and it kept dropping the web pages. We go back to the store the next day to explain the problem and ask for a refund and the consultant Lucas who was extremely rude and arrogant kept saying that we cant cancel the contract. I had to ask other people to assist and Lucas tell them he doesnt need their help. A guy comes and says it will take 3weeks to get someone to come check the signal at my home.
The next day Lucas calls me and explains that the person that assisted us when we took out the contract forgot to load something and I should have phoned 808 to activate this. I then ask for the Regional Managers number he gives me Fred van neikerks number. I call Fred and explain my situation to him, I told him that the service is really bad and I want to cancel my contract he tells me I cant cancel the contract because of bad service. He also says something must be wrong with my laptop and I should do my updates and why didnt I take it to the store with me. I ask to meet him at the store either Thursday at 16H30 of Saturday morning he says he cant make it. He tells me to mail him
