I settled my account in full a while ago, one month later I receive a statement saying I still owe R37 for some Lifenet thing. I go to the store over the weekend just to find out what it is about. They phone in on my behalf, the correct people aren't available but they say it's for some insurance but they can't say for what insurance. Now I remember receiving a call for insurance but I don't remember agreeing so I just want to find out what it is for and maybe I just forgot about it. They say I have to phone in during the week. I receive an SMS saying I owe the R37, I reply to them to please contact me I want to know what it is for. Nobody gets back to me. I email, no reply. I phone, I get transferred back to the main menu. I phone again, explaining my story, airtime going to get cut, I ask person to phone back. He says he can't, I will have to go to a store so they can phone in for me - which I have already tried doing over the weekend. I am a working person you know. Asked him to please just get someone to phone me, no he can't he says. So what now? I don't want to try and contact them again, it is a waste of my energy!
