SPAM sms'es despite opt out request

I have been receiving sms'es from Edgars and Red Square and have complained about his three times via email [Email Removed] I do not recall every signing up for these. I received a response to my first email saying it may take up to ONE MONTH before they stop sending me messages. I informed them that this was unacceptable, as an opt out request (to sms'es which I never subscribed to) should be effective immediately (or at least sooner than 30 days!).

All I want is to no longer receive spam from this company.
