Over 1 month and still no delivery!

I bought some product from them.
I waited 1 month and I decided to contact them via email (I sent 3) and I did not receive any feedback.
Last week I called and I spoke to Anicka who promised that the product will be delivered by Friday, no delivery on Friday so I decided to call her back, she was not at the office and Renee could not help me.
Yesterday I spoke to Renee who also promised to call me back, I never got a call.
Today I spoke to Anicka and after a lame excuse (calling courier company again) she promised to call me back again. I'm still awaiting for her call.

They keep telling me that they will speak to the courier company and then call me back, unfortunately they never call back!

I will never ever buy from them again and no one should!

Horrible service!
