I bought a BLU Ray DVD Player from Game and about 9months after purchase it stopped working as it would not switch on. I took the unit to Game Festival Mall where it was booked in for repair under warranty. Three weeks later I receive the DVD Player and it switches on but does not play any discs. Took it back to Game Festival Mall where it was tested and found not to be working by the tech guy named Brian. I went back to customer service and wanted my money back. But the manager Rhulani wanted to make sure it didnt work and took it back to be tested. Once this was done he said he would have to send it back for repairs as Samsung will decide what to do. He was of no help whatsoever and said that the policies of Game superceded the NCPA which states:

"(3) If a supplier repairs any particular goods or any component of any such goods, and
within three months after that repair, the failure, defect or unsafe feature has not been
remedied, or a further failure, defect or unsafe feature is discovered, the supplier must--
(a) replace the goods; or
(b) refund to the consumer the price paid by the consumer for the goods."

Please refund my money.
