On sunday 8th June at 13h00 i went to Ackermans store in alberton to purchase clothes for my daughter, in the busket i had clothes like, grey jersye size 12-13, ourple and black straight like soft jeans, track pans girls, x boys wares, also i had a pink tupperware water bottle 750mls with water inside, and brown gloves from woolworths.

i had a problem whereby i could not purchase due to the fact that my credit was not showing in my account card number 6363 2403 0183 4677 Nomathemba Majebe

i called in the morning at 08h45 to enquire and i spoke to Pamela who told me to phone back after 30 minutes, i called but the phone was busy. please i need feedback, beside there was no other customer who saw the bottle if its not there it should be inside job.
