Spider inside bottle, still living

There was a spider inside my bottle still living, a water spider, had already spun a nice little nest inside the bottle. Lid was sealed when I purchased, so this had to have happened before the lid went on to close bottle. i have sent e mail request to Valpre customer care, but still no one has advise anything
