Wrong Prices on shelves

I can't understand why Clicks will advertise products on special and have the special price written big in red everywhere on the shelves, but then still charge the normal price when you get to the till. Yes, I am actually one of those people checking my till slip after I've paid. Sometimes i only realize this when I get home and then it is too late. I am very disappointed as this is NOT the first time that this happened. I went to the manager telling her that they over charged me for the item - sorry that it is so much of an "effort" to put the money back on my credit card! I don't care if it is R5 or R200! It is their mistake and they need to correct it. Don't tell me to take something else of the same price instead! I don't want anything else! I, like most people, work on a budget. I would NOT have bought the item in the first place if it was not on special... I would have taken another brand that would have been cheaper maybe. I ended up just walking out as it was too much effort for them to put the money back on my credit card. This is unacceptable and happens way too often!! Even when I used to live in Pretoria, this happened on more than one occasion at the Brooklyn branch.
