MY BANK CARD GOT SWALLOWED @ ATM ON THURSDAY LAST WEEK, SO I CALLED ON FRI TO ASK HOW DO I GET A NEW CARD, TO WHICH THE RESPONSE WAS PLEASE NOTE ONLY YOUR BRANCH CAN ASSIST YOU, BUT IF YOU NEED MONEY YOU CAN WITHDRAW MAX R500, WHICH I DID AT THE AIRPORT ON FRIDAY. SO I CALL TODAY TO ASK MY BRANCH TO ASSIST, AFTER EXPLAINING THE ENTIRE STORY TWICE, GOT PUT ON HOLD AND THEN WENT THROUGH TO A C/C AGENT, I SAID AM I SUPPOSED TO REPEAT THIS STORY, HE SAID UNFORTUNATELY YES, I SAID SURELY THE LADY THAT PUT ME ON HOLD TOLD YOU THE STORY, DUMB-FOUNDED HE REPLIES EHHHHH NO, GOSH YOU ARE SO PATHETIC, I ONLY DEALT WITH JOE MOSES BECAUSE HE WAS SO COMPTENENT, THE REST OF YOU ARE SO INCOMPETENT.
