House and Home Threats

I cant believe House and Home Came to my Work today and demanded money Right there right NOW for my outstanding account. They demanded the outstanding arrears of R694 or they will come and take my laptop on Monday! No calls to ask why did not pay, they just pitch at your workplace. My wife went for brain and sinus surgery and the medical aid only covered 85 percent of the bill. So thanks for just ROCKING UP THERE AND DEMANDING MONEY!!! I was now handed a letter with a threat to pay in 24 hours. This is so unprofessional. Why not call me to make a payment arrangement and not just come and threaten me in front of my co workers.
