Starting to doubt the honesty of the employees

Well I didn't realise I would have to resort to this site to complain AGAIN about them...
but it seems that EDGARS does NOT care about me AT ALL.
People representing Edgars call me to tell me that the magazines and invoices will be delivered within 48 hours but this has not happened.
Seems to be that either those that are calling me are NOT actual employees or they PRETEND TO CARE.
When I didn't pay my account or was late to pay - I WOULD BE BOMBARDED with stupid annoying smses to pay... now when it is YOUR FAULT - you DISAPPEAR...
MYSTIFIED why I have an account with SOMEONE who DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE
