I would like to complain about the lack of communication and incompetence I dealt with with the @home and Foschini Group customer service branch. My debit orders were not cancelled and I was paying in store. I thought my payment was completed in April, only to get an SMS saying that I have outstanding balances. I have tried to contact customer service, but to no avail. I should not have to pay this interest due to administrative incompetence. I have paid off my account a month PRIOR to the due date it was meant to be paid off - which was within 6 months, interest free.
