No delivery but charged for products!!!

I did a woolworths online delivery for my aunt as a gift and it included a few items. Firstly, I get a call on the day of delivery saying there was no milk tart so I substituted it with a cheese cake.
This was a gift to my aunt, and when she had called to thank me, I realised THEN that no slippers (one of the items) had been delivered. Besides that being extremely embarrassing, I HAD NOT BEEN TOLD ANYTHING by the call centre consultant.
I then realise that R385 was taken from my credit card (MORE THAN MY INITIAL ORDER), and still no correspondence from Woolies. THIS IS!
I then call the call centre and just get told they apologise! After asking to speak to the manager, I was put on hold for 17 minutes and then cut off! I then call back and get told that they will deliver the slippers 3 days later. Now after 3 weeks of calling and sending mails (with no response!!!) nothing has been delivered and no refund!
This is truly unacceptable and disappointing! And fraudelent.
