Not honouring promotional offe

The Vichy counter at the Clicks Sandton City branch, displays a offer stating "Buy 2 Capitol Soleil products and recieve a travel bag for Free". I took up the offer and purchased the 2 products required only to be told tough luck - they are out of stock on the bags. I was then offered a cheap seat band instead.

I complained to the store manager who would not even acknowledge that they are promoting an offer they have no intention of keeping.
