No Response on repairs

I have been in contact with Oakley via their Facebook page and got an email address from there to have repairs done on a pair of my sunglasses.

I emailed asking for a quote on my frames and lenses on my Ducati Gascan's.
First attempt: December 2012
Second attempt: January 2013
Third attempt: April 2013

I actually gave up and just went and bought a new pair, I would have died of old age waiting for service from Oakley.

Now what me off is that you pay a lot of money for a product that is suppose to have all the backup you require. Now what is the benefit of still buying Oakley sunglasses when if there is another problem no one will help me?

I have owned about 10 pairs of your glasses, 3 pairs of shoes and I dont know how many t-shirts, jerseys etc. I love your product but seriously this is the last time I deal with Oakley. I cant accept bad service like this.
