2nd pair of Oakley shades with the same problem!!

I had a problem with my 1st pair of Oakley Breathless Shades (UV are making spots on lense & fading / frame colour is peeling off) i got excellent service from Russell Pike @ Luxotica SA -- i got new shades & kept the breathless pair, but a year down the line i'm experiencing the same problem again - is this poor quality or what? You pay a price of /- R 2500 for a pair of Oakley's (i like Oakley & i assume it's quality) but then this happens, same problem with 2 x shades - it's not acceptable!!!
