Trolleys with baby chairs left in the rain

On Friday 31 May 2013, I stopped in at Checkers at about 16:00. I hunted for a trolley with a baby seat attached. Eventually I managed to find one. After struggling to first fix the straps which were incorrectly put onto the seat I finally managed to get my 8 month old little girl into the chair. We continued to get our shopping done when she becam very aggitated. I eventually took her out and to my surprise she was completed soak through her clothes right from her neck down to her ankles. I then realised that the trolleys had been left outside in the rain and one can not actually see that they are wet until you press onto the chairs. At the till I asked to speak to the manager but was told that they had already gone home. I was assured that the teller would speak to the manager and mention what had happened. I was in checkers again yesterday and again no trolleys with seats were to be found, when I left the store I noticed that the trolleys (with baby seats) were all standing outside in the rain. My poor child had to sit in sopping wet clothes all the way from Hermanus to Stanford approx 40Kms (35min drive). The lack of reponse or fore-thought is disgusting
