I required a power cable for an oven installed at my house, which is a very old farm manor house. I had run the cable for the electrician prior to his arrival. I was at work when he had arrived and was called by the electrician so as to explain what needed to be done. Basically the cable had to only be attached to the DB board and the plug put in place for the oven. The cable, which was running through the roof had to be run down the wall to the location of the oven. I had already put in some of the trunking in place that outlined the path the cable was meant to travel to reach the oven. However the electrician decided on his own accord to run the cable along the door frame, which I had purposely been avoided as this frame is over 100 years old.

An employee of Dents contacted me a few days later after I had voiced my discontent of the work done to discuss, apologise and remedy the situation. I for one, appreciate companies that are willing to acknowledge mistakes and take measures to rectify the situation. Well done Dents and thank you Frans (person whom I spoke to).
