Broken Promises

We ordered a 30L of Cherry Beer earlier this year, it was perhaps in March or April. The supplier cancelled our order as they had to produce 1200L for 3 other events.

Knwoing this had happened to us but keen for this great beer, we intentionally went and saw the supplier at the Farmers market in Shongweni 3 weeks prior to our planned event and checked that ordering would not be a problem.

We ordered and paid R1000 for the 50L keg about a week before the event which was set for this Saturday 8 June only to be told today that they cannot supply.

Twice now we have been told that they can't supply and now I have ruined my plans for my event for my 36 birthday. Even if they gave me free beer now I would not take it.

We have supported them for quite some time and this is how they treat loyal customers.
