Still have not recieved my refund

I settled my account with Russells on the 2nd of January, they still debited the installment from my account, i have been trying since the 3rd of January to get this money refunded to me, i tried contacting the call centre on numerous occassions, eventually i got hold of some one who advised to call back the following week once they had confirmation the debit had been recieved, i tried again the following week to get hold of some one but to no avail, so i sent an e-mail and recieved a delivery report and read reciept but still had no response, I eventyually got hold of Chriesta Kekana on Saturday (12/01/2013), she requested i send her my bank statement which is what i did and once again recieved a read reciept and delviery report, she told me it would take 4 days for me to recieve my money back, i emailed her on Thursday requesting her to confirm my refund had been done, to which she replied that she is still waiting for my bank statement, to which i replied and said i sent it to her on Saturday as she requested. I still have not heard anything. I find it unacceptable that it has taken so long to get this sorted, i expect my money to be refunded to me. AWFUL SERVICE!
