I just went to pick and pay to buy my lunch (as is my daily routine) and I paid at the cigarette counter.and saw that a 30 of Rothmans was priced for 27, 95.I asked the cashier if i could have one at that price and she said no thats the price of a 20.she then called her manager who's exact words were, ''no, thats a suppplier price its not mine. Im not going to honour it.''
I then tried to take a photo to strengthen my cause and thats when he got agressive and told me that I cant take photos in his shop!!! I workin retail as well and am fully trained on the CPA, aND IT SEEMS AS IF THIS MAN DOESNT RESPECT THE LAWS OF THIS ACT!!!
I was going to let it go but he stormed off, and didnt instruct anyone to change the price!!! he saees that he's wrong and looks at my shirt and says ''you are from dionwired, why am i not surprised? ''
that was demeaning and his aggression ensured that I will never shop at pickand pay again (I spend 45 a day on average there EACHAND EVERY DAY)

Mr Ackerman, please invest your quality gaurantee in your people as well and not just your products!!!
