BEWARE!!!

These people are really unprofessional, the story is as follows:

we moved in at mews @ reds in February, the tenant was still in the house at 8 o'clock that evening and before we could move in we gave them a fair chance to move out, after Zain swore at me and telling me that he will me up if the deposit is not reflecting in his account the next morning, as we wanted to move in the day before the deposit would reflect, as we were supposed to be out of our previous house on that day!

Then we moved in eventually! NO IN-INSPECTION was done! we just emailed a list to Zain on defects we could spot, which they fixed halfway! we fixed some stuff ourselves, and did not ask anyone to pay for it or to refund, we installed a broom cupboard at our own expense, and never metioned it and we left it there

Then about a month ago, our dmestic woker came in as usual, and she did her job, and eft after se was done, she then forgot her umbrella at our house and went back to fetch it, she found the security in our house, a month later we were broken INTO while we were sleeping! with a key, and were robbed of some things! ZAIN didnt even phone us! we had to replace goods
