Escalators

As a daily user of Gautrain I thoroughly enjoy the convenience etc
The only observation that I have is in particular at the Sandton station is how frequently and for how long escalators are not working. S
Surely there must be some service level agreement with the supplier in terms of maintenance etc!
If it was my escalators I would have asked for a refund to be brutally honest
