Professional artists - should be jailed!

Empty promises and gurantees motivated purely by sales comissions, left my 71 year old mom out of pocket for R5800 on an initial matress purchace, and upon proving defective within the first 9 months, was conned into paying a further R 500 to have it replaced with a "new model" as production was discontinued on the existing model. a year down the line the purchace branch had closed down, and after much investigation, we liased with a Mr kevin, amongst several others who just seemed to be passing the buck. these people have no consideration for the sleepless nights incurred with their obviously sub standard products, offering "professional" advice wich no doubt has no basis except a . we are utterly disgusted with the bed shop and its staff and associates, you should be jailed!
