Very unreliable online music shop

On the 15th November last year I endeavored to purchase a midi keyboard from Dj mix club due to the great prices they were offering.By the 20th November I had not received any confirmation of payment or any other correspondence, By the 4th December I still had no keyboard. I was informed that the supplier had not supplied the particular model I was looking for. I then saw an upgraded model of keyboard and asked what the delivery would be for that particular model. I was told it would take 3 days. I then paid the additional amount to DJ mix club. After constant emails to ask what was happening about the new keyboard I gave up for the year on the 14th December 2012 and went on a much needed holiday. On the 7th January I started up again and was told that the supplier would have it to them (djmixclub) by the end of the week. On the 18th January I was told that the stock had arrived and that my order had been sent off. I was then told that in fact my order had not been sent as it had not yet arrived from the cape. I requested my money back as well as Proof of payment into my account. In over 2months I am no closer to getting a keyboard, and am still out of pocket.
