Ad service and very disrespecfull

I bought my shoes at Jet protea Glen and was buying for someone, then I bought a wrong size, so I went to change there and she refused to help me and told me its because I bought with Jet 4 you points, I explained to her and showed her the slip that I have paid cash they swipped the card yes but I gave thgem R200 and it shows on the slip and even the change.. She refused to change it, I asked her then what should I do with the shoes becausr the person I bought for doesn't fit her she said am blocking the line and there's nothing she can do for me at all in a very rude manner and she said "go back to soweto where you bought it and stopping boring me, maybe you even them who knows" I was so angry and felt disrespected and was accused of being a in front of everyone on the que! I will never ever go shop at jet in my life! They are disrespecfull and useless! Now am stuck with 3 pairs of shoes which no one is wearing I wasted my money for bad service!
