FALSE ADVERTISING

I went to your store at 08h30 this morning as soon as the store opened to purchse the wii u that is on special we were told that there is only 12 available. No one at the store wants to discuss the matter. I was given Dirk number however I was told that he was on leave by Bhavana and asked to call Hennie Kotze. Spoke to Hennie regarding the insufficient stock and false advertising and he says he cannot do anything about it. The fact that Toysrus was well aware that they had only limited stock at each store, they should have not advertised it nationwide. This ad has reached thousands of people. Also the ad does not stipulate limited stock or only 10 avaialable. while stock last is valid if you had sold a fair amount of the products at the store but 12 means nothing to thousands of people that arrived at your store when you opened. I feel this is very unfair to the consumers and Toysrus should look at rectifying this to its customers or perhaps closing down. Also the fact that everyone seems to be passing the buck is really annoying.

If this is not sorted out in a proper manner I will take this to consumer watch to handle further.
