WON A PRIZE BUT IT DIDNT ARRIVE - BLACK LABEL

Hi 3 weeks ago I was called by the Port Shepstone SAB and told I won a prize the lady asked for my id and address which I gave her. I phoned 1.5 weeks later to be told that the list has been submitted to head office well I have called 5 different numbers for SAB JHB and been told by 5 different people that there is no way to trace this prize
