8 Brand is NOT a Marketing Company!

I called 8brand after receiving an email from 8brand with the following subject line: "Over 100 years Marketing Experience in Africa"

I called this supplier on the 29 May 2013 requesting to speak to a sales consultant who would assist me with my query. I was then told that I would be contacted the following day. This morning, 30 May 2013, I get contacted by a lady with an extremely abrupt attitude, she answered the call with "Hi, I'm calling from 8brand, WHERE are you calling from? " I replied with a request as to how much they charge for their marketing services, the lady replied, "We are not a marketing company, we do BRANDING! ", I then asked if I could get a referral to a marketing company and was replied with, "I am in admin and I was told to call you! let me ask the people around the office if they know who can help you and if I find someone, they can help you! "

Not pleased with this service, especially from someone with such a foul attitude!!!
