Never received prize

I won Plum shoes through a competition I entered in Glamour. I was told that I would receive my prize in 2 weeks but after 2 weeks there was no prize. I emailed them and they sent my shoes to the wrong address. I told them that it wasn't my address. A week later they called me and asked my correct address. A week after that they called to say that the shoes I won is out of stock and they would sent different ones. Up until today I have not received my Shoes.
