Still waiting for delivery!

I have ordered and paid cash for a loose cover on the 24 November 2012, and I still have not received my order. However I received my first sms's on the 18 Desember 2012 and a phone call from Coricraft to inform me that my order is complete and that the call centre will contact me so that delivery can be arranged.

Needless to say no delivery yet and it is almost two months! The branch gives me a lame excuse about the trucks not running yet... really!
