Poor customer service

On sat 25may 2013 I Z v/d Westhuizen bought my wife a washing machine cash at this branch. I paid R100 for the delivery. I was told by the sales lady that the machine will be deliverd by mondy, up to now no machine hav arrived, I've phoned the shop several times.eachtime this lizel got a different story. I've sent my wife to the shop to find out what going on.the branch manager and sales lady informed my wife that it will be dellivered not even caring or showing any help in this matter.if I knew that was the case I would hav collected the machine myself.is this manner how u treat your customers than I'm sorry I don't wanna do bussness with russells no more
