I went to clicks to by medication as usual and I always pay a levy of R15 every time I buy, but to my surprise on the 21.05.2013 I was charged the difference that my medical aid doesn't cover. I tied to explain to the guy who was helping me but he refused and told me things change every year. I then went to Shoprite and I got only 2medicines out of the 3 that I needed and paid a levy of R15 only nothing more, at that time I didn't worry as I still had some of the medication I didn't at home. So when I got home I checked for that medication to check the expiry date and so that the tablets expired on April 2012 and I bought them on the 12.06.2012, which means that the tablets were sold to me already expired. On the 22.05.2013 I wrote to clicks customer care and even called them at 14:04 spoke to Charmaine Jansen and told her my complaint and she promised me that someone will call me back within 48hours, but till today no one has called me. Why not sure but to me it really tells me that clicks doesn't care about their customers at all.

I'm very disappointed at their service, and till today I haven't bought the tablets as I was hoping they will call me soonest.
