Medication expired and no proof of reversal given

I feel like screaming right now because of the poor service received at what I used to consider THE BEST PHARMACY in SA.I bought Cafergot Tablets on Friday and didn't bother to check the expiry date. I only discovered that these pills had expired in October after my mum told me that they were making her feel drowsy. I returned them to the store today and the lady assisting me told me that was the last box they had, she would do a reversal for me. She did the reversal and that was it. No proof of reversal since I had paid with my Medical Aid. Sadly, she doesn't have a name tag so you will never know who served you. The lady who gave me the tablets also didn't have a name tag so still I cannot tell who helped me. It is really sad because I have always favoured Clicks and to find staff that is so unhelpful is just wrong... Also please try and organize a canteen because it looks rather "nasty" to watch people eat when the line is long. There is a man there who decided that he will drink his tea and shout at the top of his voice: "PRESCRIPTIONS."He is unable to assist Self-Med clients because his tea is getting cold or we are disturbing his tea break.
