Amazed by the service

I'm going to tell you the entire story because YC impressed me every step of the way.

I sent a message to the facebook account asking if they stocked a certain type of item. I received an immediate response saying that they did not stock/list the item but would look into sourcing one for me.

A couple of days later I received a message saying that not only had they found an item but they had especially listed it and placed one aside for me. Once I had made my payment I was ready to wait for my product only to find that they couriered. The item has just arrived at my house (I paid YESTERDAY) and I am ecstatic about my purchase.

I have worked in retail for several years and hold most places to quite high expectations. Yuppiechef has met and surpassed everything I expected from any retail experience. I will honestly never shop for these types of items anywhere else. Thank you to everyone who even touched my query and order.

(And that isn't even mentioning the hand written note that came in my box)
